PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This public offer agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is addressed to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities and is an official offer of the Seller to enter into a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods presented on the website https://ukrsuvenirestore.shop (hereinafter - the "Website").

1. Definitions

1.1. Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance by the buyer of the terms of this Agreement by placing an order and paying for the goods on the Website.

1.2. Buyer - an individual of legal age who has placed an order on the Website.

1.3. Seller - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "PROMTECHSERVICE OPTIMA", EDRPOU: 43901978, location: Ukraine, 01042, Kyiv, Fortechny tupik, building 7b, office 14.

1.4. Goods - products presented for sale on the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Procedure for Placing an Order

3.1. The Buyer places an order independently on the Website by adding Goods to the cart and filling out the order form.

3.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their consent to these terms and the processing of personal data.

3.3. The order is considered accepted after the Buyer receives confirmation to the email address specified during registration.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

4.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Website in the relevant currency. The total order amount includes the cost of the Goods and delivery costs.

4.2. Payment is made by bank cards Visa and MasterCard through the WayForPay payment system.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of the Goods is carried out worldwide using available postal and courier services.

5.2. The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and the Buyer's location.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods of proper quality to the Buyer within the agreed timeframe.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

7. Return of Goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the Goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" within 14 days from the date of receipt. Detailed conditions are set out in the Refund and Return Policy section.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement by publishing changes on the Website.

8.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
