Refund and Return Policy

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar one within 14 days, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the product appearance, labels and payment document issued by the seller together with the product are preserved.

Refund Procedure

To return goods or request a refund, please contact us by email at maksymhobby@gmail.com or by phone at +380930207649. We will provide you with instructions for returning the goods.

Refunds are made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the Seller, after verifying the condition of the goods.

The refund is made to the bank card from which the payment was made, or by bank transfer to the buyer's account.
